🔁 Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened, and undamaged items. Please contact us before sending anything back.
💳 Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

- 🧼 Personal care and hygiene items
- 🔧 Items damaged due to misuse
📦 Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll fix the issue quickly.
Refund and return policy
We Can refund payment for your ordered product or products only if you return them successfully within a week in a good manner and without break a seal so that we can sale them again. For all refunds, we will deduct Rs. 550 from the total amount we received for your order after taxes or other fees levied by payment processing partners.
There will be will be no refund especially if the products are returned by customer after a gap of 15 days from the date of parcel delivered to customer or because of a failed delivery attempt and the package is returned. Although we can resend it for a nominal cost of courier.
Cancellation duration and refund mode and duration (orders can be canceled within 1 hour of order placing. And in such cases refund will be processed through same mode within 7 working days)
